Today, we’re introducing the Hook Genius Report.
Reports are detailed content analyses that can be generated directly inside of Sandcastles (via the new Reports tab).
The Hook Genius Report is specifically designed to breakdown the winning hook patters & principles for any channel.
Each Hook Genius report is focused on a single channel at a time (but you can run it on your own or others).
The report can be customized to analyze a channel’s biggest outliers, most recent, or highest engagement videos.
The output visualizes the top 3-5 highest performing hook strategies with super clear explanation, example hooks, and a mapping to the original videos that used them.
It also breaks down what hook strategies are not working and which to stop doing.
This single report is extremely valuable for uncovering exactly how to improve your hooks.
But this is only half of the value.
Once the report is run, you can click the MCP code transfer button (in upper right) to port this entire analysis, and the underlying data, into Claude/ChatGPT.
As long as you have Sandcastles MCP setup, it is a one click copy paste to import the Hook Genius Report in.
Once inside of Claude, you can then have a full conversation with the data and build on top of it.
For example, this is a more advanced visual report I built inside of Claude which includes a hookwriter.
I can just feed in any topic and it will write 10 new hook options based on the principles derived from the Hook Genius Report. (Btw, if you want the Claude skill I used to build that flow on top of this report, here it is)
You can imagine how powerful this workflow will be when you run it on a consistent basis.
