Introducing Sandcastles Reports (new feature)
Plus, some helpful updates to social verification & Dashboard

Today, we’re introducing Sandcastles Reports.
Reports are detailed content analyses that can be generated directly inside of Sandcastles (via the new Reports tab).
Each Report has parameters that can be customized to give you the perfect level of insight.

Our first Report, available today, is the Content Strategy Audit.
This enables you to run a detailed analysis of any single channel (or group of channels) and break down their top performing topics, hooks, formats, and scriptwriting tactics.
You can customize the number of videos included, sort mode, look back window, and analysis frequency.
So if I wanted to answer, “What are the top performing topics from @xyzchannel, posted over the last 30 days, sorted by outlier score, excluding brand deals?” I can build a Report that gives me that answer.
Essentially, this gives you the power of the Dashboard Content Strategist, available to run on any channel with full customization.

This report was run on @briarcochran from TT as an example
Updates to Profile Verification & Dashboard
Our last release, Dashboard, was an instant cult-favorite, but there was one common request that kept coming up over and over…“Can I keep my channels verified without be forced to run the Dashboard report every 7 days for all of my channels?”
And today, the answer is yes!
Here are the impacts to Social Verification & Dashboard with the launch of Reports…
NEW USERS:
When you sign up for Sandcastles, you can verify your social channels and have your Dashboard populate with aggregate performance metrics. Every creator on Earth should be running this.

If you’d like to turn on the Content Strategist in Dashboard, you can click at the bottom and activate the Report that is pre-built for your channel.
If you don’t want to turn on the Content Strategist, you can leave this as is.
EXISTING USERS
If you like having the Content Strategist run for your channel on a weekly basis, no action required. Your Dashboard will continue to populate the Content Strategy section as normal and you’ll see that live Report in the Reports tab.
If you’d like to tweak the Dashboard Report settings (e.g., more/less videos, more/less frequent, exclude brand deals, etc.), you can now tweak those settings in the Reports tab
If you want to keep tracking your metrics (top half of dashboard) but no longer run the Content Strategy Audit on a recurring basis, simply flip the toggle off for that Report and you’re good to go. It’ll still show any previously run versions in your Dashboard but will not generate new ones
We’ll be launching several other new Report types of the next several weeks. If you have any specific ones you can’t wait to see, please let us know.
As always, if you’d like a full video walkthrough of Reports, here is an in-depth tutorial: LINK
If you have any questions, we’re here to help you grow faster on social media, so let us know!
Lots more coming soon 🫡
